Air conditioning
Switch on the kW helper and Fikst works out an indication of the capacity per room for an air conditioning enquiry, with the matching units from your own products and a quote template. Your salesperson makes the choice.
Fikst for air conditioning and refrigeration -
Heat pump
After the heat loss calculation you choose the unit, and the quote follows from it. You put the Dutch ISDE subsidy underneath as information, even if you switch to a different heat pump.
Fikst for heat pump installers -
Home battery and sustainability
Two batteries, or a battery with and without an extra inverter, go into one quote as options. Your customer picks one and signs.
Fikst for home battery and storage -
Any installation company
Product bundles put a complete bill of materials on the quote in one go, and line templates pick up the current product price. Whoever is allowed to see cost prices sees the margin.

after approval/
Signed, and on to the work.
From the same quote you create the work order, a project or the invoice. If you work with a payment schedule, you also create the deposit invoice. Nobody types the quote out again.
You schedule the work order on the planning board, and your technician sees it in the work order app. What they record there goes back to the invoice. If maintenance follows, a contract schedules its own visits.
Questions about quotes in Fikst.
All frequently asked questionsWhat does the Fikst quoting software cost?
Nothing extra. Quotes with digital signing are included in the subscription. You pay €50 per office user per month, excluding VAT, and your technicians do not count.
Can my customer sign the quote digitally?
Yes. Your customer opens the web quote through a link, without logging in, or reads the PDF. They pick an option, switch optional lines on or off and sign digitally. They can also decline with a reason or ask a question. After signing, you and your customer get the full quote as a PDF.
Can I see whether my customer has viewed the quote?
Yes. You see whether a quote was sent, viewed or accepted, when it was opened and what the customer looked at. After sending, a follow-up sequence can run by email.
Can I offer options, for example two brands?
Yes. You put options in one quote and your customer picks one. They switch optional lines on or off, and the total follows.
Does the quote work with my own products and prices?
Yes. You build the quote from lines, groups, discounts and products from your catalogue, with line templates that pick up the current product price and product bundles with a bill of materials. Whoever is allowed to see cost prices sees the margin per line and per quote.
What happens when my customer signs?
From the same quote you create the work order, a project or the invoice. If you work with a payment schedule, you also create the deposit invoice. Nobody has to type the quote out again.
Can the ISDE subsidy go on the quote?
Yes. The Dutch ISDE subsidy appears as information below the total, even if you switch to a different heat pump. Your quote amount and the VAT do not change because of it.
Can I design my own quote with PDF building blocks?
Yes. With the quote builder you put the document together yourself from text, images, product lines, totals, terms, signing and reusable pages, in your house style. The quote stays linked to your customer and products. Fikst activates the quote builder for your organisation and agrees the set-up with you.
Does Fikst connect to 2BA for product data?
Yes. With the 2BA connection you search product data and look up the trade information and wholesale prices that your own 2BA account gives you access to. You can deliberately copy products and prices into your catalogue and quote. Fikst activates the connection for your organisation; the right 2BA account, the set-up and any external costs are agreed in advance.
Would you like to see a quote with products from your own work?
In a 30-minute introductory call we look at how you work and show you Fikst live. With five people in the office you pay €250 a month, and your technicians cost nothing.
