  Your customers, quotes, work orders and invoices. If this fails, screens stay empty or do not load, and changes are not saved.

• Automatic processing

  Everything that happens in the background, such as bringing in enquiries from your website. If this fails, those arrive later or not at all.

• Connection for AI assistants

  The connection that lets an AI assistant, such as Claude, work with your fikst. If this fails, the assistant cannot reach your data.

   Signing in and data unavailable

   The sign-in and data services of our database supplier were unavailable for about five hours. During that time nobody could sign in.

   The supplier fixed it. Since that day we measure ourselves whether these services respond, from a different place than the system itself, and the result is shown on this page.

How we measure.

We measure at the moment someone opens this page, at most once a minute, and from different infrastructure than the system itself. That is why this page also works when the system is down. A component that takes longer than four seconds to answer, we call slow. If it gives no answer, it is marked as an outage.
