- At Fikst: €50 per office user per month. Technicians pay nothing. All excluding VAT. That covers the whole system: quotes, planning, work orders, maintenance, invoicing, the customer portal, the F-gas records and the heat loss calculation. There are no add-ons. With five people in the office you come to about €250 per month. The implementation is a one-off cost, at a fixed price we agree with you in advance. It depends on the size of your team and what needs to be moved across.
- Everyone who works in the system from behind a screen: your planner, your work preparation, the accounts team, the management. A technician who looks at their day, ticks off a work order and records materials does not count. Nor does your bookkeeper: with a login of their own that only reads the financial screens, they look along free of charge.
- A foreman who is out in the van and also does quotes from there is an office user. The rule of thumb is simple: if you create work or send invoices, you count. If you only carry out the work, you do not.
- Then we put together a price that fits. We do that in a short conversation, in which we also look at what needs to be set up for you. If you have several branches, the same applies. Your technicians do not count then either.
- It is an estimate based on €50 per office user per month, excluding VAT. We agree the final price together, and it is in the quote you get from us.
- No. Integrations with your bank, your accounting software or your phone system are included in the subscription. If an integration needs real build work, for example to a system we do not know yet, you hear in advance what that costs.
- No. The customer portal is included in your subscription, together with the questionnaire for the site survey. You also pay nothing per customer who logs in.
- No. The heat loss calculation with the heat pump advice and the report is included in your subscription. There is no separate licence and no price per calculation. How the heat loss calculation works
- No. What you pay during set-up is the implementation itself. After go-live you first use Fikst for a month free of charge, with no contract. The subscription only starts after that, if you carry on.
- Yes, and with your own data in it instead of a sample company. The first month after go-live is free and you are not tied to anything yet. We agree the go-live date together in the kick-off session and confirm it by e-mail; your free month runs from that day. After that month, you decide whether to carry on. That way nobody is tied for a year to a system that does not work out in practice.
- Then no subscription starts and you pay nothing more. You get your data back in a usable, machine-readable format. We then keep it for another thirty days in case you forgot something, and after that we delete it for good. The implementation itself is not refunded, because that work has been done.
- The implementation is a one-off cost, at a fixed price we agree with you in advance. It depends on the size of your team and what needs to be moved across. Ask for an estimate. During the implementation we look at how you work now, set up Fikst for your types of work, move your customers, installations, products and contracts across, and take your team through a kick-off session. The intake conversation and the kick-off session are free. You work directly with the people who build it, with no implementation partner in between. Ask for an estimate
- It can, but not quietly. We announce a change at least two months in advance, and if you do not agree with it, you can cancel with effect from the date it applies. That is also in the terms and conditions.
- Yes. We invoice the implementation in one go at the start. After your free first month we invoice the subscription monthly in advance, and you have fourteen days to pay. All amounts on this page exclude VAT.
- In one go at the start. The subscription is separate from that: after go-live the first month is free, and after that it starts if you carry on.
- In a database in Ireland, inside the EU. If you use the AI features, the text such a feature needs goes to our AI suppliers outside the EU (Anthropic, and OpenAI when you dictate something). That can also be switched off. You can read exactly how it works on our security page, which is in Dutch.
- AI is included and it is not expensive. Every company starts with 5,000 free credits, and a dictated work order costs about 2 of them. That credit is worth €50; once it is used up, a credit costs 1 cent. The rest of the system and the connection with your own AI through MCP are included in the subscription, and what your own AI does by itself uses no credit. How AI works in Fikst
