Privacy, without the small print.
Short and honest: this site does not follow you around. We only process what you send us yourself.
- 01 Who we are
- This website belongs to Fikst, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42067065. We are responsible for what happens to your data on this site. Questions go to info@fikst.app.
- 02 What we collect
- What you type into the contact form yourself: your name, e-mail address and, if you share them, your company name and message. We also count visits, without cookies (see below). This site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising pixels.
- 03 Counting visits
- We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages get read. It works without cookies. Each visit sends the page, the page you came from, your country and region, and your type of device, browser and operating system. To tell repeat visits on the same day apart, Vercel derives a code from your request that expires after 24 hours. We only see totals, never who you are.
- 04 The booking calendar
- If you book an introduction in the calendar on the contact page, your name, e-mail address and the time you pick go to Cal.com, the service behind that calendar.
- 05 What we use it for
- To answer your enquiry and follow up on the introduction, demo or partner meeting. We do not send newsletters unless you ask for them separately, and we never sell your data.
- 06 How long we keep it
- As long as the contact you asked for requires. If nothing comes of it, we delete your enquiry no later than twelve months after the last contact.
- 07 Who has access
- Only fikst. itself. This site runs on Vercel, a US company. To deliver enquiries we also use a database and an e-mail delivery service. We hold processing agreements with these parties.
- 08 Your rights
- You may view, correct or delete your data at any time. One message through the contact page is enough. You will hear back within one working day.
- 09 Using the platform itself?
- Then something else applies. For the data you put into Fikst you are the controller and we are the processor; what we do with it, how we secure it and which parties we engage is set out in the data processing agreement, which we send on request. This page covers this website only.
