for the energy transition/

Heat pump, home battery, solar panels and EV charger in one system.

Fikst is the system for your whole energy transition business. Every unit you install sits at your customer's address, with its own work order, maintenance and history, in the same file.

In the Netherlands, net metering (the salderingsregeling) ends on 1 January 2027. If you now fit batteries alongside heat pumps and panels, you want all of that in one place.

You pay per office user and your technicians are free. You pay for the implementation once.

The overview in the customer portal of Noordkoel, our demo company (Dutch screen): Good afternoon, Femke, and under Arrange directly the buttons Schedule maintenance and Report a fault.
One portal for your customer, for all their units. A real screen, in Dutch, from the customer portal of Noordkoel, our demo company, with a made-up customer.

per trade/

What you find in Fikst for each trade.

  • Heat pumps

The questionnaire for the site survey, the heat loss calculation according to the Dutch ISSO 51:2023 standard, the unit on the quote and the Dutch ISDE subsidy through to the invoice.

  • Home batteries

Battery and inverter per address, the details for the registration with the grid operator in the Netherlands in the file, and a yearly check your customer schedules themselves.

  • EV chargers

Per address in the same register, with faults and maintenance on the same work order.

  • Air conditioning as well

If you also do air conditioning, you switch on the F-gas records and the refrigerant records sit on the same work order. If you do not, you leave it switched off and you see none of it.

the register/

Every unit at the address in one register.

Whoever drives there sees what is at the address and what was done last time.

  • Heat pumps

Year of construction, living area and energy label are already on the lead. After the installation the heat pump gets a file of its own with its maintenance schedule, and the Dutch ISDE subsidy is on the quote and the invoice.

  • Home battery and storage

Brand, type, serial number, installation date, warranty and the power in kW, linked to the address. The inverter sits next to it as a unit of its own, because that is the part that breaks and it has its own warranty.

  • Solar panels

The roof area and roof type already come from the public registers with the enquiry, split into flat and pitched. In the site survey there is a block ready for it, with the roof and the spot for the inverter.

  • EV charger and air conditioning

They sit at the same address, with their own work order and checklist. One customer, one file, one planning board.

Do you install EV chargers? More on that under Fikst for electrical contractors. The registration of a home battery with the grid operator is under Fikst for home batteries and storage.

customer portal/

Your customer reports a fault per unit.

After the installation your customer stays in their own portal, with your logo and colours. If the heat pump, the battery or the EV charger is not working, they choose the unit and report what is wrong. At your end it comes in as a service request.

Reporting a fault

your customer/ portal
Reporting a fault in the customer portal, step 2 of 5 (Dutch screen): the air conditioner in the living room is selected, under what is wrong "Not cooling" is ticked, with a field for the error code.

Your customer

Your customer chooses the unit, says what is wrong and enters the error code if the display shows one. They can add photos, and they say how urgent it is. They then get a confirmation by email, and their open report is on their overview.

office/ service requests
The service requests in Fikst (Dutch screen): for each request the status, priority, category, customer, assignee and deadline. A request from the portal comes in here.

At your end, in Fikst

A service request comes in, already linked to that customer and that unit, with a priority and a deadline. You get a notification. One button turns it into a work order.

The customer portal is included in your subscription. You also pay nothing per customer who logs in. Your customer can do more there, from requesting a maintenance contract to the questionnaire for the site survey.

How the customer portal works

Real screens (in Dutch) from the customer portal of Noordkoel, our demo company in refrigeration, with a made-up customer. The office screen comes from the same demo. You choose per feature what your customer can do.

the limits/

What Fikst does not do here yet.

No panel layout or yield calculation
For solar panels Fikst makes no panel layout and no yield calculation. You record the roof and the spot for the inverter in the site survey.
No subsidy calculation for batteries or panels
The Dutch ISDE subsidy amounts in Fikst cover heat pumps and solar water heaters. There is no ISDE for a home battery or solar panels, so there is no calculation module for them either.

ai features/

Dictate the site survey and let Fikst read photos.

Two AI features for the site survey. Fikst prepares a suggestion and you check it.

  • Dictate a site survey

    you switch it on

You walk through the house and say what you see. Fikst then fills in the site survey form and you check the answers. If Fikst is unsure about something, that is at the top.

  • Read photos

    you switch it on

Fikst looks at a photo of, for example, the meter cupboard and suggests values from a fixed list, each with how certain it is. In the site survey app it works on its own; on the customer questionnaire it is part of the customer portal.

    See what it looks like

You approve it. Nothing goes into Fikst until you accept it. AI is included and is not expensive: the features use credit, and every company starts with 5,000 free credits. Which actions you can take depends on your access and permissions.

how we work/

The agreements, in advance and on paper.

What you want to know before you move your whole company to another system. It is also in the terms.

  • Cancel monthly

You cancel at the end of the month. The first month after go-live is free and without a contract; after that you decide whether to continue.

  • Your data stays yours

If you cancel, you get all your data in a usable, machine-readable format.

  • Everything is in the price

No add-ons. New parts are added without you paying more within your subscription.

  • Your technicians pay nothing

You pay per office user. Anyone who only works in the field does not count, however many technicians you have.

  • You know the implementation in advance

The implementation is a one-off cost, at a fixed price we agree with you in advance. It depends on the size of your team and what needs to be moved across. Going live usually takes one or two months.

  • You talk to the builder

We build the software and implement it ourselves, without an implementation partner in between. For support you get the person who built it on the line.

Questions we often get.

All frequently asked questions
Is this a separate package for the energy transition?

No, it is the same Fikst. You set up your own types of work and checklists, so a solar PV installation gets a different list from a heat pump service. The F-gas records are switched off by default and you switch them on if you work with refrigerant.

We do solar panels and air conditioning. Will that become a mess?

No. Everything sits with the same customer and the same address, with its own work order and checklist for each type of work. In the register you see all units at an address one below the other, and you have one planning board.

Do I still need a separate CRM and ERP next to Fikst?

No. Fikst is CRM and ERP in one system: your enquiries, customers and quotes, and also the scheduling, the work orders, purchasing, stock, invoicing and the bank. You do not have to connect anything. If you want to keep your accounting software, we connect it.

Is Fikst also suitable for a sole trader or a small team?

Yes. You get the same system as a large company, without add-ons. You pay €50 per office user per month, excluding VAT, and your technicians do not count. If you only work with quotes and invoices, you need less than Fikst. If you also schedule technicians, do maintenance or work with F-gases, you have all of that in one system.

Work out an estimate for your team
Does Fikst also work for a company with a hundred employees or more?

Yes. Your technicians do not count, your planning board works per crew and per day, and what someone sees and may do depends on their role. With more than 30 people in the office or several branches, we make the price to fit, in a conversation.

What does Fikst cost?

€50 per office user per month. Technicians pay nothing. With five people in the office you come to about €250 a month, excluding VAT. The implementation is a one-off cost, at a fixed price we agree with you in advance. It depends on the size of your team and what needs to be moved across. Ask for an estimate.

Work out an estimate for your team
How much work is the switch?

That depends on where you are now. We start with a short scan of how you work and what you use. Then we set up Fikst alongside your current systems, and we only switch over once it runs. We bring over customers, installations, products and contracts from what you have.
