Fully live within two months.
Elite Klimaat Groep is our first customer. From six separate systems to Fikst: set up around their work processes, directly with the builder.
Air conditioning and climate technology · Hilversum
This is the result at Elite, not a fixed lead time for every company. Your schedule depends on the setup, the data transfer and training.
Since I started working with Fikst, I call and schedule ten leads in the time it used to
take me to do three. Scheduling a job with the right technicians takes two clicks, and the
customer gets a confirmation automatically. I found the switch nerve-racking, but it really
is a game changer: everything is in one place.
What changed at Elite?
- Set up around the way Elite works
- The starting point was the standard setup for installation companies. Their types of work, checklists and quotes were configured on top of that. Where their way of working differed, room was made for their own processes.
- From six systems to one, directly with the builder
- Sales, operations and administration now all sit in Fikst. For setup, custom work and support they talk directly to the builder, where that used to be six suppliers. That builder spent years as a functional consultant setting up processes from sales to service. So a question from the office does not first need translating into technical terms: whoever hears it knows both the process and the code. Connections with external services remain possible where they add something.
- A custom quote that adapts as you go
- Item-driven quote components: parts of the web quote change automatically with the items you choose. A personal proposal in your own branding, with digital signing. The customer gets a web quote or a PDF. The homepage shows an example with the fictional company details of Noordkoel.
- Customers arrange their own maintenance
- Elite has its own customer portal, mijn.eliteklimaat.nl. Customers schedule their own maintenance there, with attention to route efficiency. They can also arrange and request their service contract through the portal, with fully automated handling. The portal is connected to Fikst: the customer details come from Fikst, and every booking arrives in Fikst as a work order.
- The refrigerant logbook is part of the work order
- Whatever the technician tops up or recovers, he records on the job. ClimaPulse, the separate package for this, is gone.
- Invoices, purchasing and bank in the same system
- Invoicing, purchase invoices, the bank and help with the VAT return. The package the invoices used to run through is gone, and an invoice no longer needs to be copied into a second package.
- No retyping between the steps
- Quote, planning, work order and invoice are in the same system. Nobody has to copy a signed quote into a planning package any more, or a completed work order into an invoicing program.
The software costs side by side.
Elite's own cost statement. The team has 22 people, 6 of them in the office and 16 technicians (measured in their system, October 2026). Amounts per year, excluding VAT. One-off implementation costs are not part of this comparison.

fikst. according to the pricing page, per year
€ 3,600
About € 300 per month, the estimate from the price calculator for
6 people in the office.
The 16 technicians are not counted. This is the public estimate at this
size; what Elite pays as a launching partner, we do not disclose.
Difference from the public price, per year: € 11,280.
More than subscription costs.
What the amount above does not include: the time it takes to keep up with separate suppliers and the connections between their packages. Those benefits are not counted in the saving above. How much that saves differs per company, and we would rather not put down a number we cannot back up.
After go-live.
Your business does not stand still, so neither does your setup. Some of it you adjust yourself. For the rest, you call us.
- Adjust it yourself
- You adjust a checklist, a type of work or a screen yourself, if your role allows it. You can also ask the built-in assistant.
- Switch on automations
- You do not start from zero. Automatic payment reminders, and maintenance orders that prepare themselves from a service contract, are ready to go. You switch them on yourself.
- What we do
- If something really does not fit, we build it in. You hear what that costs in advance, and you simply call the builder for it.
What would your switch look like?
We start with how you work now. In an introductory call we look together at what you need, which data has to come along and how we bring your team on board. You talk directly to the person who builds Fikst.
Elite is our first customer, and what worked there may go differently for you. What is not possible yet and what the setup costs, we discuss in advance.
We have five places for launching partners. Three are still open. You get the system set up around the way you work, and your wishes weigh heavily in what gets built next. You can sign up until 31 December 2026.
