Manage items and stock in your warehouses and technicians’ vans in the same system as quotes, scheduling and work orders. See the stock balance, what scheduled work needs and what to replenish.
Configure warehouses, opening stock and stock tracking for each item. Account permissions determine who can adjust stock or issue material. Set a reserve location separately; office staff issue that material from the work order.

Start with your items
Manage item codes, brands, units, sales and cost prices and barcodes. Enable stock tracking for the items you need to follow. Access to cost prices follows account permissions.

Warehouse and van stock together
See how much each location holds. For a transfer, select the item, source, destination and quantity. Move material between warehouse and van without recording the transfer as consumption.

Stock and scheduled demand
See what scheduled work needs and what remains available. Reorder suggestions take warehouse stock, minimum levels and incoming material into account. Configure minimum levels and replenishment per warehouse; a van has no separate reorder advice.

Issue material for the job
Office staff issue material from reserve stock for a work order. For an eligible open material line, issue only the quantity available if needed. The remainder stays open as a separate line to order. Technicians see the material status on the job sheet.

Order and receive
Review reorder suggestions and confirm what you want to order. Create the purchase order and book in the quantities received. Process a partial delivery line by line. An open remainder or scanned barcode does not send an order or book a receipt by itself.

Count and record the difference
Count one warehouse or van at a time and record the differences. Manual adjustments appear in the stock ledger; a reduction requires a reason. Voice counting is also available. After a count, check notifications for lines that could not be processed.

Office staff issue four units. Two remain as a separate open line. Review and order that remainder separately; the status of the whole work order remains a separate decision.
Partial issue requires configured stock management, an active reserve location and office write permissions. It applies to an ordinary open line that has not been ordered, used or collected. Lines with a serial number, F-gas record or additional-work proposal need another action. Signed, invoiced and cancelled work orders also have restrictions.

- Yes. Items, warehouse and van stock, transfers, counts, reorder suggestions and the stock issue workflow described here are available in Fikst. Configure locations, opening balances, tracked items and permissions for your company.
- Can I see warehouse and van stock separately?
- Yes. View stock by warehouse and van and transfer material between locations. Minimum levels and reorder suggestions belong to the warehouse; a van has no separate reorder advice.
- How does the 2BA connection work with my items?
- With a configured 2BA account, use item and trade information with your own catalogue and quotes. Your 2BA access determines which data and wholesaler prices you can retrieve. The connection does not automatically place a supplier order.
- What do inventory management and technician accounts cost?
- Inventory management is part of the Fikst product. The public subscription is per office user; executing technicians do not count. Assess one-off implementation and AI usage separately. We agree the final price and setup with you.
