Configure an air conditioner on your own home, in 3D.
Your visitor enters an address and sees their own house, drawn from the public map. Then tap the rooms, choose a model and place the outdoor unit. Done.
The 3D configurator is still in development. You can already try it in the demo of Noordkoel, our fictional demo company, on the request widget page.
How it works
It starts with the address. The configurator takes the shape of the house from the public map and draws it in 3D. Your visitor taps the rooms that need cooling and immediately sees roughly how much capacity that takes.
Then the unit. Choose a model, put the outdoor unit in place. Fikst shows the pipe length and the sound at the property boundary, which is where things often go wrong with the neighbours.
Started with the AI advisor?
Visitors who first ask the AI advisor on your website do not have to enter anything twice. The 3D studio takes over the room and the capacity from the advisor and puts the proposed unit at the top.
Then the office
The request arrives in fikst with what the visitor chose. The office then makes an indicative quote, or calls to book a site survey. If you switch it on, the customer books the survey themselves in the widget.
We are finishing that chain from request to survey right now. The completed form on the lead, with an image of the house, is part of it.
An indication, not a quote
Capacity, sound and dimensions are an indication. Not an ISSO calculation and not a price agreement. Whether it really fits is something your adviser checks during the survey.

Bij airco en koeling begint de bezoeker ook met het adres. De widget tekent de woning in 3D na, uit de openbare kaart. De bezoeker kiest de ruimtes en ziet meteen hoeveel vermogen nodig is. Dan een model en de plek van de buitenunit, met de leidinglengte en het geluid op de erfgrens. Deze 3D-stap is nog in ontwikkeling.
A question for the AI advisor
A visitor asks which air conditioner suits a warm bedroom under the roof. The advisor works from the details in the question and the knowledge configured for Noordkoel, names the cooling capacity and a suitable unit, and on request makes an indicative proposal. Without a matching quote template, someone on your team puts together a tailored price. Your visitor then places the air conditioner in 3D on their own home. The studio takes over the room and the capacity from the advisor and puts the proposed unit at the top. That 3D step is still in development.

Wie eerst iets wil vragen, kiest de AI-adviseur. Het venster meldt meteen dat het een AI is. Uit de vraag rekent de adviseur het koelvermogen en noemt een passend toestel. Op verzoek volgt een indicatief voorstel, en de prijs maakt een adviseur op maat. Daarna plaatst de bezoeker de airco in 3D op de eigen woning, een stap die nog in ontwikkeling is. De studio neemt de kamer en het vermogen van de adviseur over en zet het voorgestelde toestel bovenaan.

It is still in development. You can already try it in the Noordkoel demo. When it is available for your website is something we discuss in an introductory call.
Is the result a quote?
No. It is an indication of capacity, pipe length and sound. The office then makes an indicative quote or books a survey, and the actual quote follows the survey.
Does this work for a heat pump too?
For heat pumps the request widget has its own route: address, data from public registers and a first indication of capacity and savings. The 3D step belongs to air conditioning and cooling.
