website and customer portal /

AI advisor for your website and customer portal.

Available after company-specific setup and activation.

Give visitors a place to ask about an air conditioner, heat pump or maintenance service. The advisor uses the knowledge and working agreements approved for your company. On your website it connects to the request widget; in the customer portal it helps within the context and permissions of that channel.

From a question to a useful enquiry.

  1. 01

    Work with your own knowledge

Set the company knowledge and working agreements that the advisor may use. Agree which questions it can answer and when your team should take over.

  2. 02

    Prepare an enquiry

Collect the relevant details during the conversation and prepare an enquiry for follow-up in Fikst. The visitor gives permission before an enquiry is created.

  3. 03

    Offer only enabled actions

Appointment booking is a separate company setting. The advisor can offer it only when booking has been enabled and the required details and conditions are met.

  4. 04

    Separate website and portal context

An anonymous website visitor has a different context from a customer signed in to the portal. The channel, permissions and company settings determine which information and actions are available.

For example: a question about an air conditioner.

A visitor wants to know whether an air conditioner suits their situation. You configure which information the advisor needs, which company knowledge it may use and when your team should assess the request. The visitor can then consent to submitting an enquiry. Your team receives the information needed to assess and follow up the enquiry.

The new 3D placement step belongs to the request widget demo and is still in development. It is not required to use the customer-facing advisor and does not mean that every AI advice flow includes 3D.

Availability and conditions.

Is this the same as the Assistant used by my office?
No. The customer-facing advisor has its own channel, company knowledge, working agreements and allowed actions. The Assistant that your staff use inside Fikst is a separate interface working within the signed-in employee’s permissions.
Can every visitor see customer details?
No. Available context and actions depend on the channel and permissions. A public website conversation does not grant the same access as a signed-in customer portal or an employee account.
Does the advisor make binding quotes or engineering decisions?
No. Treat generated advice and indicative calculations as input for your team to review. Your installation company remains responsible for technical assessment, site conditions and the final quote.
What is needed to get started?
Company-specific setup and activation, approved knowledge and working agreements, the desired website or portal channel, and agreed usage limits and costs. Appointment booking must be enabled separately.
